Established in 2003, the Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Social Work Charitable Society, Jalna, is dedicated to advancing the values of equality, education, and social justice. Our organization works to create sustainable change through community-based programs in education, health, women’s empowerment, and capacity building. Rooted in the ideals of service and inclusion, our mission is to build an equitable society where every individual-especially from marginalized and underrepresented groups-has access to opportunities for growth and self-reliance.

The Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Social Work Charitable Organization continues its journey with a commitment to justice, equality, education, and holistic development — paving the way from social justice to true prosperity.
The organization has successfully implemented the Maternal and Child Health Awareness Program in Badnapur, Jalna, under the guidance of the Central Government, reaching grassroots communities with impactful awareness campaigns.

Championing Education:
Ashlesha English School
In response to the educational backwardness of our region, we established Ashlesha English School, Jalna, in 2006. Guided by the visionary leadership of our Founder & Director, Mrs. Shubhada Mundhe, the school was founded with a clear mission to provide quality education at affordable fees in a developing district where opportunities were limited.
As the first ICSE school in Jalna district, Ashlesha English School continues to combine academic excellence with the values of social justice, ensuring that education remains accessible to all sections of society.
Over the last 19–20 years, our alumni have gone on to excel in prestigious national institutions such as National Law Universities (NLUs), Gokhale Institute of Economics, Pune, top medical colleges in Mumbai, J.J. and Sion, IIIT Nagpur, and ICT Mumbai. These achievements reflect our true success fulfilling the vision of social justice by enabling students from Jalna to reach national platforms of excellence.

Empowering Through
Health and Wellness
We have successfully implemented the Maternal and Child Health Awareness Program in Badnapur, Jalna, under the guidance of the Central Government. This initiative has created a direct impact on more than 25,000 women and families across the District,, ensuring that essential health knowledge reaches the grassroots level.
Recognized as one of the most impactful campaigns in Maharashtra, the program continues to stand as a model of how focused awareness can drive healthier communities and empower women at scale.
Fostering Youth and Traditional Sports
To preserve India's rich sporting heritage, we regularly organize tournaments and events, including:
- State-level Invitational Kabaddi Tournaments
- Half-Marathon Runs
- Tennis-Ball Cricket Tournaments
- Kho-Kho Competitions
- Chess Tournaments
The Constitutional Awareness Campaign (2025)
In line with the Central Government’s Amrit Mahotsav celebration of the Indian Constitution, the Samruddhi Foundation, under MJPSW Society, launched a pioneering Constitutional Awareness Campaign led by Mr. Pawan Mundhe, a third-year law student at the prestigious National Law University, Mumbai.
This initiative has already educated and empowered over 10,000 students across Jalna district, building awareness about fundamental values, rights, and duties, and strengthening the spirit of democracy for future generations.
Our vision is to make Jalna India’s first constitutionally trained district. To achieve this, the campaign is expanding from schools in Jalna city to blocks, villages, and tribal communities ensuring that even the most underprivileged children and their parents gain access to constitutional literacy. We are innovating with concepts like “one-day homeschooling in the Constitution” to engage families directly.
The program is being spearheaded by Mr. Pawan Mundhe, Founder, Samruddhi Foundation, supported by Board of Directors Zain Salam Pathan and Samruddi Mundhe, along with a dynamic youth volunteer team that travels to schools, conducts sessions, and nurtures young changemakers.
This campaign is not only transforming awareness at the grassroots but also presenting a scalable model for constitutional literacy and civic empowerment with the potential to inspire national replication Vision 2028
